What you will do

• Lead the Central Engineering Group as the senior leader of the Newport-based function.
• Lead Engineering Managers across a growing, multi-disciplinary engineering organization.
• Define and evolve the organizational structure, leadership capability, and operating model.
• Ensure engineering services and support are delivered effectively to multiple global product divisions.
• Build partnerships with engineering and business leaders across hirify.global.
• Represent the group with senior stakeholders and contribute to engineering strategy and future capability planning.

Requirements

• Significant engineering leadership experience, including responsibility for managers and sizable technical teams.
• Experience in a complex, multi-disciplinary engineering environment.
• Familiarity with the semiconductor equipment industry or related advanced technology sectors.
• Strong understanding of hardware and software engineering organizations.
• Experience with central engineering, shared services, or engineering support models.
• Strategic leadership, commercial awareness, business understanding, and exceptional stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to build organizational capability and lead teams through growth and change.
• Master's degree or higher in an engineering discipline is preferred.
