PPC Executive | LOOKFANTASTIC (Paid Media)

What you will do

• Manage and optimize regional paid media campaigns against revenue, ROI, COS%, CAC, and new-customer targets.
• Research and manage keywords, build campaign structures, set bids, write and test ad copy, and support landing-page testing.
• Support the global paid media strategy and ensure campaign structures follow market best practices.
• Monitor campaign spend and use data-driven insights to improve performance continuously.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports, forecasts, and analysis for trading, buying, and management teams.
• Collaborate with SEO, CRM, Affiliates, UX, and CRO teams while researching competitors and developing strategic paid media opportunities.

Requirements

• Experience with key marketing platform technologies and paid media campaign management.
• Strong prioritization, organization, time-management, and project-management skills.
• Ability to analyze performance data, think critically, solve problems, and communicate insights clearly.
• Ability to build effective working relationships and collaborate across functions.
• Proactive, organized, goal-oriented approach with strong initiative.
