Delivery Manager (AI)

Location: United Kingdom only; hybrid work with 2–4 days per week on customer sites across the UK, with remote work or London office work when not required on-site.

What you will do

• Own customer projects from initial scoping and planning through implementation and user adoption.
• Collaborate with defence stakeholders, data scientists, and technical teams to design AI tools for sensitive real-world challenges.
• Manage project development cycles and maintain a rigorous delivery approach focused on operational value.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and act as a strategic advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop proposals and business pitches to identify and grow commercial opportunities in the defence sector.
• Mentor peers and help build delivery processes and internal practices.

Requirements

• Eligibility for UK Security Clearance (SC) is required.
• Passion for applying AI in defence and national security, with an interest in improving public services.
• Professional services experience, preferably in consulting, technology, or data-driven environments.
• Experience delivering complex software or data science projects alongside technical teams, ideally involving AI.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including senior stakeholder management and translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Practical problem-solving skills, ownership of project outcomes, and the ability to work effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
