Assistant Communications Delivery Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Translate approved content into technical specifications and delivery briefs for email, print, digital messaging, and PDF communications.
• Coordinate implementation, scheduling, deployment, and hand-offs with internal delivery teams and external suppliers.
• Manage print proofs, test outputs, query logs, issue resolution, and audit trails throughout testing and quality cycles.
• Perform final quality assurance checks and resolve discrepancies before communications go live.
• Maintain accurate communications inventories and deliver accessible PDFs, including coordinating web-accessibility testing.
• Improve delivery workflows, specifications, governance, and risk controls while contributing to the Customer Communications Centre of Excellence.

Requirements

• Experience in a delivery-focused role across Operations, Change Management, Marketing, CRM, or Digital.
• Strong knowledge of owned communications channels, including email, print, and digital messaging.
• Excellent attention to detail, proofreading, problem-solving, and quality assurance skills.
• Technical aptitude with communications-related systems and data, including Jira and Confluence.
• Strong project management, organisation, stakeholder communication, negotiation, and risk governance skills.
• Proficiency with generative AI tools, experience building personal AI workflows, and the ability to critically evaluate AI outputs using human judgement.
