Revenue Operations Analyst (AI)

Location: Remote

Base salary: $67,000–$87,000 annually

What you will do

• Own Deal Desk operations, including deal structuring, approvals, non-standard terms review, and quote-to-cash handoffs.
• Manage license entitlements, provisioning, usage tracking, audits, documentation, reporting, and access support.
• Build AI-driven dashboards, reports, and automations across Salesforce and adjacent GTM tools.
• Support partner lifecycle operations, data quality, reporting, and repeatable operating processes for the Alliances team.
• Administer Salesforce data, Flows, automation, territories, user access, onboarding, offboarding, and the Sales Support queue.
• Analyze KPIs, identify operational improvements, and maintain process documentation and governance standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, Deal Desk, or entitlement management.
• Hands-on Salesforce administration experience, including Flows, automation, and data governance.
• Experience applying AI tools to streamline operational workflows and reporting.
• Proficiency with data analysis and BI tools such as Databricks, Excel or Sheets, SQL, Tableau, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, attention to detail, and customer-centric skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Claude.
• Experience in cybersecurity or SaaS.
