Recruiting Coordinator (AI)

Location: San Francisco, CA or New York, NY; 4 days in person and Fridays remote

Salary: $90,000–$120,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Own operational touchpoints throughout the interview process, from scheduling through offer coordination.
• Coordinate complex interviews across executives, hiring managers, candidates, and multiple calendars.
• Manage in-person interview logistics, including candidate arrivals, rooms, lunches, and interviewer readiness.
• Identify recruiting bottlenecks, document processes, standardize workflows, and improve scheduling operations.
• Experiment with AI tools and automation to reduce repetitive work and improve communication and candidate experience.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, or executive operations.
• Exceptional organization, attention to detail, written and verbal communication, and judgment.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing complex calendars.
• A systems mindset focused on improving processes rather than simply following them.
• Curiosity about AI and enthusiasm for redesigning recruiting operations with AI.
• Ability to work in person four days per week in San Francisco or New York, with Fridays remote.

Nice to have

• Experience with an ATS such as Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or a similar system.
