Talent Acquisition Lead, Technology

Location: Remote within the United States

Base compensation: $120,000–$150,000 per year, plus a 25% annual bonus target and company equity in the form of RSUs.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end Technology recruiting, from search strategy and sourcing through offer and close.
• Partner with Technology leaders to define hiring needs and build focused recruiting strategies.
• Develop creative sourcing and talent-mapping approaches for senior, specialized, and hard-to-find candidates.
• Use market insight, recruiting judgment, and data to improve hiring decisions and diagnose searches that are off track.
• Strengthen role scoping, assessment, interviewing, closing, and candidate experience practices.
• Use AI, automation, and recruiting technology to improve recruiting efficiency and consistency.

Requirements

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including 5+ years focused on technical talent.
• Technical recruiting experience across Software Engineering, AI/ML, Data, IT, Information Security, and technical business or support functions.
• Demonstrated success identifying and closing senior, specialized, and difficult-to-reach talent.
• Strong sourcing ability, technical fluency, analytical judgment, and experience building proactive pipelines.
• Experience creating structure, improving processes, and operating effectively in ambiguous environments.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; work visa sponsorship is not available.
