Field Program Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas, with weekly presence at Dallas jobsites and in-office days; regular presence in Houston is expected as the role expands.

Salary: $100,000–$125,000 estimated base salary, plus equity.

What you will do

• Deploy field technology and provide first-line troubleshooting support for Superintendents and construction teams.
• Lead technology onboarding, mobile field app training, change management, and adherence to operational best practices.
• Track platform adoption metrics, identify root causes of adoption blockers, and improve data quality for AI models.
• Shadow Superintendents, refine construction schedules and task sequencing, and recommend improvements to speed, cost, and quality.
• Run the third-party video capture program, including partner onboarding, submission validation, payments, and feedback loops.
• Coordinate product, operations, procurement, estimation, architecture and design, and field construction partners.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in field operations, construction supervision, technical program coordination, solutions implementation, or process improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to drive technology adoption within field teams and achieve measurable results.
• Based in Dallas with weekly jobsite presence; regular presence in Houston is expected in the future.
• Strong analytical skills, including adoption metric tracking and root cause analysis.
• Excellent communication skills for translating between field, technical, and business stakeholders.
• Structured thinking, high emotional intelligence, initiative, and the ability to balance tactical execution with scalable processes.
