Manager, Strategic Initiatives & Operations - US (AI)

Location: Hybrid, based out of the Cary, North Carolina or New Berlin, Wisconsin offices; candidates must already be authorized to work in the United States.

What you will do

• Lead high-visibility country-wide programs across Marketing, HR, Finance, Legal, and hirify.global business areas.
• Manage acquisitions and coordinate execution across decentralized business units, manufacturing sites, and regional initiatives.
• Prepare dashboards, operational analyses, and executive briefings for the U.S. Country Holding Officer and leadership team.
• Architect, pilot, and scale AI-enabled workflows, including AI agents and advanced prompting for benchmarking and reporting.
• Govern data pipelines and platform ecosystems while improving data integrity and executive visibility.
• Track operational launches, capital projects, sustainability infrastructure, country-level KPIs, and employer-branding alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience leading cross-functional programs, digital transformations, or business operations.
• Experience managing enterprise ecosystems involving CRM optimization, data pipeline infrastructure, and generative AI application design.
• Strong project management, performance analysis, presentation, stakeholder management, and diplomatic communication skills.
• Experience in industrial technology or manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Existing authorization to work for hirify.global in the United States is required.

• Master’s degree or MBA.
• Experience with Lean methodologies, root-cause analysis, and standardized operational playbooks.
