Account Manager II (Transportation)

Location: Stuttgart, Arkansas, United States; on-site in the office 5 days per week

What you will do

• Secure carrier capacity for customer loads and monitor shipment status through delivery.
• Communicate shipment updates, delays, scheduling changes, and detention information to shippers, receivers, and carriers.
• Set up new shipper, receiver, and vendor locations, including vendor profiles and codes.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with carriers, shippers, and receivers.
• Maintain customer rates and fuel surcharges in the Transportation Management System.
• Issue ComChecks and manage accounts receivable within established guidelines.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 1 year of transportation or logistics experience, or a college degree.
• Availability to work on-site in the office 5 days per week.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers, carriers, shippers, and receivers.
• No immigration sponsorship or transfer is available for this role.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in transportation, logistics, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Suite or Google Workspace.
