Global Aid Account Manager (Logistics)

Location: Onsite in Bellevue, Washington; New York City, New York; or San Francisco, California, United States

Base salary: $91,200–$114,000 USD per year, excluding bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end success for a portfolio of complex, multi-modal hirify.global.org partner accounts.
• Lead RFP bids, contract renewals, and strategic business reviews.
• Advise nonprofit, NGO, and mission-driven partners on supply chain operations across ocean, air, trucking, and customs.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs, add capabilities, improve speed, and expand use of hirify.global's product suite.
• Collaborate with Operations, Pricing, Legal, Trade Lane Management, and other teams to develop aligned solutions.
• Mentor account teammates and use AI-enabled tools to improve internal and partner-facing processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in account management, business development, or a similar partner-facing role.
• Independent experience managing and growing a complex, multi-product book of business.
• Deep understanding of global trade and supply chain operations across ocean, air, trucking, and customs.
• Strong commercial judgment, including identifying and closing growth opportunities.
• Interest in humanitarian aid and development, with a desire to build expertise in aid logistics.
• Compliance-first mindset and ability to operate independently in ambiguous situations.

Nice to have

• Background in logistics, supply chain, humanitarian aid, or international development.
• Experience creating playbooks, onboarding content, or process improvements.
