Global Aid Account Manager (Humanitarian Logistics)

Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States, or Los Angeles, California, United States; onsite

Base salary: $83,600–$104,500 USD annually, excluding bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end success for a portfolio of complex, multi-modal hirify.global.org partner accounts.
• Lead RFP bids, contract renewals, business reviews, and account growth initiatives.
• Advise nonprofits, NGOs, and mission-driven organizations on supply chain operations across ocean, air, trucking, and customs.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs, add capabilities, improve speed, and expand use of hirify.global's product suite.
• Collaborate with Operations, Pricing, Legal, Trade Lane Management, and other teams on complex solutions.
• Mentor account teammates and use AI-enabled tools to improve internal and partner-facing processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in account management, business development, or a similar partner-facing role.
• Proven ability to independently manage and grow a complex, multi-product book of business.
• Deep knowledge of global trade and supply chain operations across ocean, air, trucking, and customs.
• Strong commercial judgment, compliance awareness, and ability to operate in ambiguous situations.
• Interest in humanitarian aid, development, and aid logistics.
• Ability to develop colleagues and provide guidance to junior teammates.
