What you will do

• Analyze underwriting and value-added opportunities across corporate, commercial real estate, and principal finance sectors.
• Work with loan origination and principal finance teams on deal structuring, pricing, and distribution strategies.
• Manage underwriting, syndication, and sell-down processes across primary and secondary markets.
• Partner with Loan Sales, Market Sales, and wider Private Debt Mobilization teams.
• Support client and investor meetings, credit and underwriting applications, and commercial presentations.
• Provide market intelligence on investor appetite, pricing trends, comparable transactions, and emerging developments.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar Private Debt Mobilization role.
• Direct experience in the corporate loan market, including origination or syndication.
• Knowledge of loan structuring, pricing, credit analysis, and legal documentation review.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for working with clients, investors, and internal stakeholders.
• Awareness of financial markets, risk management principles, and regulatory requirements for wholesale banking.
• Degree or equivalent qualification in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Science, or a related discipline.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Spanish or another European language.
• Experience with loan distribution, portfolio sales, CLO, TRS, or other risk-transfer solutions.
• Knowledge of institutional investor markets and private debt distribution strategies.
• Experience working across multiple European jurisdictions and stakeholder groups.
