Associate - Loan Asset Management Commercial Real Estate

What you will do

• Support the ongoing asset management of a portfolio of commercial real estate loans.
• Monitor loan performance, financial covenants, reporting requirements, development progress, drawdowns, and associated risks.
• Review borrower financial information and property-level performance.
• Analyze debt structures, loan documentation, and covenant requirements.
• Prepare financial analysis, reporting, and recommendations for clients and key stakeholders.
• Work with borrowers, lenders, advisors, and other transaction parties.

Requirements

• Strong commercial real estate background.
• Good understanding of real estate debt and loan structures.
• Experience or knowledge of development lending.
• Strong Excel and financial analysis skills.
• Understanding of covenant monitoring and loan performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
