Enterprise Program Leader (Diagnostic Solutions)

Location: Remote within the United States; based in Austin, Texas, with 40–60% domestic travel required.

Base salary: $215,000–$260,000 per year, plus eligible bonus or incentive pay.

What you will do

• Serve as the hirify.global One executive interface for strategic diagnostic customers and align enterprise strategy with customer priorities.
• Lead post-signature executive engagement, adoption, value realization, and long-term account health across hirify.global operating companies.
• Run executive business reviews, steering governance, strategic summits, performance cadences, dashboards, and account health monitoring.
• Develop strategic asset management plans, perform ROI and financial analyses, and guide capital and asset optimization.
• Lead transformation and adoption initiatives using the hirify.global Business System and Prosci change management frameworks.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams without direct reporting lines while managing risks, contracts, escalations, and the overall client experience.

Requirements

• BS or BA degree from an accredited institution; an MBA is strongly preferred.
• 20+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise strategy, complex program leadership, or senior commercial or solutions roles.
• Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, life sciences, or other regulated environments is preferred.
• Proven ability to advise C-suite executives, lead governance forums, and translate enterprise strategy into integrated multi-OpCo solutions.
• Deep fluency in the hirify.global Business System, structured problem-solving, capital planning, ROI analysis, governance, audit readiness, and risk mitigation.
• Must be able to work remotely from the United States and travel domestically 40–60% of the time.

Nice to have

• hirify.global Business System leadership training such as ECO, Gemba, or MLP.
• Prosci or equivalent formal change management certification.
