Digital M&A Senior Manager

Location: Hybrid - Plymouth, Minnesota, United States

Annual base salary: $100,800-$171,700, plus a 15% bonus.

What you will do

• Lead digital due diligence for acquisitions, separations, and partnerships, assessing infrastructure, security, data, and application environments.
• Coordinate cross-functional findings and develop cost, risk, integration, and separation recommendations for senior leadership.
• Build and execute digital integration and separation plans from transaction close through completion.
• Partner with business units, corporate development, functional organizations, and target businesses throughout the M&A process.
• Track digital synergies, performance metrics, and value realization against corporate and digital KPIs.
• Develop standardized M&A playbooks, governance practices, templates, and continuous-improvement processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience working on M&A projects in an organization or consulting firm.
• Experience in an IT organization across areas such as infrastructure, applications, and program management.
• Experience with due diligence, integration and separation planning, and execution across digital workstreams and business processes.
• Strong business process, strategic analysis, communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and influence senior leaders.

Nice to have

• MBA or advanced degree in engineering, technology management, or a related field.
• Experience with analytics, CRM, ERP, OTC, MES, infrastructure, security, data, and application platforms.
• Experience in industrial, HVAC, or manufacturing sectors.
• Experience developing strategy and translating between business and technology leaders.
