What you will do

• Deliver nursing care to ICU patients and their families, from basic to complex needs.
• Create a therapeutic and caring environment for patients and families.
• Involve patients and families in goal setting and care planning.
• Communicate care plans across shifts and care settings to support continuity.
• Recognize and manage rapidly changing clinical situations.
• Apply clinical decision-making, critical thinking, current evidence, and specialty standards in practice.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current New Hampshire, compact, or multistate Registered Nurse license required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain BLS qualification during employment.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred.
