Registered Nurse Inpatient-Delnor Critical Care Unit Full Time Days (Critical Care)

Location: 300 Randall Rd., Geneva, Illinois, United States. Onsite, full-time day schedule: three 12-hour shifts per week from 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., every third weekend, and rotating holidays.

Salary: USD 34.50–55.20 per hour

What you will do

• Provide professional nursing care to acutely ill inpatient and critical care patients.
• Collect and analyze clinical data, establish expected outcomes, and create individualized plans of care.
• Implement nursing interventions, evaluate patient responses, and update documented care plans.
• Coordinate care and collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and ancillary staff.
• Direct and determine the appropriate utilization of assistants involved in direct patient care.
• Participate in shared governance, committee work, unit projects, and evidence-based practice.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Current Illinois Registered Professional Nurse license.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work the required day schedule, weekends, and rotating holidays.

Nice to have

• Experience in the specific clinical area.
• Trauma Nurse Specialist, Emergency Communications Registered Nurse, Certified Pediatric Nurse, or Certified Emergency Nurse credentials.
