Program Manager

Location: Hanscom AFB, Massachusetts

Salary: $110,000–$125,000 per year, depending on experience, certifications, and qualifications.

What you will do

• Provide acquisition and program management support to program managers and Integrated Product Team leads.
• Support acquisition strategies, policy compliance, program integration, and alignment across stakeholders.
• Contribute to RFPs, source selection activities, contractor deliverable tracking, and contractual correspondence.
• Prepare acquisition reports, statutory documentation, senior leadership briefings, schedules, and program status updates.
• Manage program risks, schedules, performance data, funding documents, and cost and schedule reduction initiatives.
• Advise division chiefs and program managers on lifecycle logistics, operational supportability, process improvement, and acquisition best practices.

Requirements

• US citizenship required.
• Active Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in the Department of Defense, or 8 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in the Department of Defense.
• Experience with records management, workflow and suspense tracking, staff package processing, and leadership reporting.
• Proficiency with SharePoint and Office 365.
• Ability to collaborate with civilian, military, and contractor personnel in complex, multi-program environments.
