Manager - Manufacturing Engineering & Maintenance (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Bristol, Pennsylvania, United States

Salary: $135,600–$211,000 annually, plus performance bonus or variable incentive compensation

What you will do

• Lead Manufacturing Engineering, Maintenance, Tooling, Automation, Facilities, and Engineering Co-Op functions.
• Develop reliability, preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance strategies to improve equipment uptime and reduce downtime.
• Lead capital projects, equipment commissioning, automation implementations, controls integration, and manufacturing technology improvements.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, root cause analysis, troubleshooting, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support new product introductions, process development, equipment modification, controls programming, startup activities, and manufacturing readiness.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Product Development, Finance, and Commercial teams on strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.
• At least 8 years of progressive engineering, manufacturing, maintenance, automation, or operational leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience building high-performing teams while balancing strategic leadership with hands-on technical execution.
• Experience commissioning, troubleshooting, maintaining, modifying, and optimizing manufacturing equipment and automated systems.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, controls, and process troubleshooting, plus project management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of PLC programming, HMI systems, robotics, vision systems, controls architecture, and industrial networking.
• Experience with assembly manufacturing, glass processing, metal fabrication, electronics integration, or related technologies.
• Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing certification.
• Experience in premium consumer products, configurable products, or highly customized manufacturing environments.
