Senior Supervisor Manufacturing Operations (Manufacturing)

Location: Valley, Nebraska, United States; onsite manufacturing operations. Domestic travel may reach 10%. Relocation assistance may be authorized.

Expected compensation: $124,127–$151,710, including base pay and variable incentive pay where applicable.

What you will do

• Create a world-class safety culture using Enterprise Excellence principles.
• Lead employees through respectful behaviors, teamwork, and organizational culture change.
• Determine staffing and priorities to maintain customer service.
• Implement the Lean execution model and promote employee problem-solving.
• Align the team with the strategic plan and drive results in safety, productivity, and employee relations.
• Respond to operational issues seven days per week, twenty-four hours per day.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.
• Associate’s degree or technical diploma, or higher, from an accredited institution.
• At least three years of supervisory experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
• At least five years of manufacturing operations experience.
• Leadership, interpersonal, and culture-change skills with a demonstrated record of delivering results.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Experience in manufacturing facilities, operations, and project management.
• Black Belt or Lean certification.
