Quality Engineer II (HVAC)

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma, United States; primarily onsite in office, laboratory, and manufacturing environments

What you will do

• Design and develop HVAC components, assemblies, and systems.
• Perform engineering calculations, analyses, evaluations, and technical recommendations.
• Create and maintain technical drawings, specifications, test plans, and engineering documentation.
• Lead assigned engineering projects and collaborate with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and product development teams.
• Support prototype development, laboratory testing, validation, and new product implementation.
• Investigate product performance issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions and continuous improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent education and experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in engineering, product development, manufacturing engineering, or a related technical field.
• Knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and heat transfer.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to work onsite in office, laboratory, and manufacturing environments, including occasional exposure to industrial conditions and PPE requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience in HVAC, manufacturing, or industrial equipment design.
• Engineer in Training certification or Professional Engineer licensure.
