FP&A Manager (Finance)

Location: Hybrid; based in London, New York, or Austin, TX

What you will do

• Support monthly group reporting, financial packs, KPI models, and quarterly board presentations.
• Maintain forecasting and reporting systems, including Pigment, Workday, NetSuite, and Looker.
• Support headcount and staff cost forecasting, budget tracking, variance analysis, and senior management reporting.
• Perform month-end P&L and balance sheet reconciliations across the FP&A reporting suite.
• Support annual budget and quarterly reforecast cycles by collecting inputs, maintaining consolidation files, and preparing review materials.
• Lead ad hoc analyses and implement improvements that increase accuracy, automation, and standardization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, equity research, or a related finance role.
• Knowledge of business planning cycles, including budgets, forecasts, and monthly and quarterly reviews.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills, including experience working with large datasets.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data to senior management and non-Finance colleagues.
• Self-starter who owns outcomes, adapts quickly, and works effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Pigment, Workday, NetSuite, Looker, or similar systems.
