Financial Planning & Analysis Manager (Finance)

What you will do

• Lead monthly forecasts, outlooks, and the annual Medium-Term Plan cycle.
• Coordinate month-end reporting and maintain accurate financial planning data.
• Develop commercial and strategic P&L forecasts and provide performance insight.
• Prepare financial analysis and reporting packs for leadership and senior stakeholders.
• Provide decision support to Commercial and Operations teams.
• Lead finance improvement projects, cost analysis, and governance enhancements.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant with ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent certification.
• Strong financial modelling, spreadsheet, and analytical skills.
• Ability to translate financial data into clear insights and recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across business functions.
• Availability to work at one of the listed UK office locations.
