What you will do

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for indirect spend and capital expenditures.
• Lead competitive sourcing events, supplier negotiations, contract execution, and framework agreement management.
• Partner with plant leadership, engineering, finance, and global procurement teams on strategic initiatives and capital projects.
• Conduct market intelligence and benchmarking analyses to identify cost optimization opportunities.
• Manage supplier onboarding, qualification, performance monitoring, and stakeholder reporting.
• Communicate sourcing plans, project updates, supplier performance, and savings results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, engineering, finance, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain, or category management.
• Experience with indirect spend categories, capital expenditures, and manufacturing environments.
• Experience supporting equipment procurement, construction services, facilities management, automation, or engineering-related spend.
• Proficiency with SAP, Power BI, Microsoft Office Suite, and procurement analytics tools.
• Must already have United States work authorization permitting employment with hirify.global.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of manufacturing operations and indirect procurement categories including MRO, facilities, logistics, professional services, IT, and capital equipment.
