Installation Supervisor (Custom Cabinetry)

Location: Bend, Oregon, USA. The role requires field work three days per week and administrative duties two days per week; some travel may be required.

What you will do

• Inspect job sites to ensure installation quality, safety, and compliance with company standards.
• Lead, assess, and provide feedback to installation staff.
• Deliver new-hire and ongoing training for installers.
• Monitor daily job-status checklists and installation updates.
• Provide floating installation coverage and follow assignments from the scheduler.
• Handle service calls and return visits to resolve customer concerns.

Requirements

• Experience supervising installation work is preferred.
• Master-level experience with custom cabinetry installations and demonstrated installation quality.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to address customer concerns.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and demonstrate installation and production techniques.
• Adequate sight, speech, and hearing for a woodworking environment.
