Assistant General Manager - Jared Jewelers - Winchester Marketplace

Location: Jared Jewelers - Temecula, California, United States; onsite retail store role with schedules including evenings, weekends, holidays, and additional peak-season hours.

Base pay: $16.90–$21.20 per hour, plus commission on sales.

What you will do

• Support daily store performance through business rhythms, coaching, selling execution, and operational consistency.
• Lead elevated customer service, appointment culture, clienteling, follow-up, and relationship-based selling from the sales floor.
• Partner with the General Manager on visual standards, promotions, operational priorities, inventory, compliance, and security.
• Coach, recognize, onboard, train, and develop store team members while reinforcing accountability and teamwork.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly within company guidelines and help create memorable purchasing experiences.
