Junior Transfer Agency Trailer Fees Specialist

Location: Kraków, Poland; hybrid model with 3 days per week in the office, or 2 office days for a parent of a child up to 4 years old

What you will do

• Set up trailer fee agreements and maintain static data in the trailer fee system.
• Process trailer fees, rebates, commission payments, and reinvestment transactions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual trailer fee reports.
• Ensure adherence to procedures and controls, including money laundering prevention and banking secrecy requirements.
• Investigate and follow up on client and distributor queries while maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate with other sections and departments to resolve issues accurately and on time.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; VBA skills are an asset.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work accurately and quickly under pressure.
