O2C Credit & Collections Specialist with German (Fixed-term)

What you will do

• Provide credit and collections support to German- and English-speaking customers.
• Analyze customer financial statements, payment trends, financial ratios, and market information.
• Monitor customer portfolios, reconcile monthly accounts receivable balances, and present findings to relevant stakeholders.
• Release sales orders and review credit limits in a compliant and timely manner.
• Perform collection and pre-collection activities while supporting O2C team coverage and continuous improvement projects.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent bachelor's qualification.
• At least 1 year of experience in O2C or finance, preferably in a shared services environment.
• Proficiency in English and German is mandatory.
• Ability to analyze multiple entities, prioritize tasks, meet tight deadlines, and maintain accurate reporting.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders in a global team environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP.
• Experience with process transitions.
