O2C Credit & Collections Specialist with Dutch

What you will do

• Provide credit and collections support to English- and Dutch-speaking customers.
• Analyze customer financial statements, payment trends, financial ratios, and market information.
• Monitor customer portfolios, reconcile monthly accounts receivable balances, and present findings to relevant stakeholders.
• Release sales orders and review credit limits in a compliant and timely manner.
• Perform collection and precollection activities while supporting O2C team coverage.
• Follow process documentation, contribute to continuous improvement, and support additional projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in O2C or a finance function, preferably in a shared services or similar environment.
• Proficiency in English and Dutch is mandatory.
• Ability to work with global teams, communicate with internal and external stakeholders, prioritize deliverables, and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to analyze multiple entities while maintaining compliance and accurate reporting.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP.
• Experience transitioning finance processes.
