O2C Credit & Collections Intern with Dutch

What you will do

• Support customer account, payment, credit, and collections activities for English- and Dutch-speaking customers.
• Analyze customer portfolios, payment trends, financial ratios, and relevant market information.
• Support collection activities, including direct customer contact.
• Assist with sales order credit releases, credit limit reviews, and related activities.
• Provide team coverage and maintain accurate documentation in line with processes, training materials, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Dutch and English proficiency is mandatory.
• Strong organizational, communication, analytical, and customer-focused skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work with internal and external stakeholders, and operate effectively in a global team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance and accurate reporting.
• Willingness to learn O2C, Credit and Collections processes and follow process documentation.

Nice to have

• Previous internship or experience in finance, accounting, customer service, or a related area.
• Basic knowledge of O2C, Credit & Collections, or Accounts Receivable processes.
• Experience in an international or shared services environment.
• Knowledge of SAP or another ERP system and good Excel skills.
• Student status or a recent degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
