Supplier Relationship Manager (Quantum Computing)

What you will do

• Establish category strategies for direct and indirect spend and execute tenders when appropriate.
• Build mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers and act as the primary contact for supplier issues and resolutions.
• Define the supplier relationship management program, including tiered processes, KPIs, cost optimization, accountability, and OTIF tracking.
• Own supplier assurance activities and develop end-to-end supply chain profiles for Tier 1 suppliers.
• Manage contract excellence with Legal and Finance, including payment terms and contract language.
• Research supplier profiles to support make-or-buy decisions, category strategies, enterprise risk management, and sustainability reporting.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of formal supplier relationship management experience covering indirect services and direct materials, preferably in advanced manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or supply chain management.
• Strong expertise establishing and measuring supplier relationship management KPIs.
• Expertise in contract negotiation and management, with familiarity with GDPR, CRA, GPSR, PLD, NIS2, and Incoterms.
• Excellent written, verbal, communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
