Maintenance Supervisor - Automation & Robotics Fulfillment (Cypress, TX)

Location: Cypress, TX, United States; onsite fulfillment facility

Salary: $85,000–$95,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Lead daily schedules, priorities, assignments, and development for the maintenance technician team.
• Oversee corrective and preventive maintenance for robotics, material-handling equipment, and building infrastructure.
• Collaborate with local and global engineering teams to troubleshoot hardware-software mismatches.
• Improve digital workflows, including work orders, parts usage, and time tracking.
• Manage preventive-maintenance programs, spare-parts inventory, tools, and supplies to maximize uptime.
• Enforce OSHA requirements, safety procedures, SOPs, and technical documentation practices.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent and at least 5 years of industrial maintenance or repair experience.
• At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in an automated fulfillment or manufacturing environment.
• Experience with complex automated systems, PLCs, firmware updates, or robotics infrastructure.
• Ability to read technical diagrams, schematics, safety rules, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, computer, and team-management skills.
• Ability to work at heights, use fall protection, handle physical warehouse duties, and lift more than 50 pounds occasionally.
