What you will do

• Manage end-to-end design and manufacturing of parts and sub-assemblies.
• Fabricate prototypes and iterate rapidly towards high-volume production.
• Develop specifications and accelerated test plans to validate product lifetime.
• Perform component-level testing for performance, durability, and reliability.
• Create and release detailed component designs and 2D drawings.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary experts and manage vendor/CM relationships.

Requirements

• Technical degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Professional experience with high-volume B2C products.
• Knowledge of materials and high-volume manufacturing methods such as Injection Molding.
• Proficiency in Solidworks 3D CAD.
• Experience with PDM, PLM, Engineering Change Management, and QMS.
• Knowledge of GD&T, FEA, and design for reliability concepts.
