Creative Producer (Web3)

Location: New York, United States

Salary: $110,000–$140,000 annual base salary plus discretionary annual target bonus, performance incentives, and benefits.

What you will do

• Develop and pitch branded content campaigns for short-form video, social media, and live event experiences.
• Write scripts, creative treatments, briefs, pitch decks, and other narrative materials aligned with client objectives and editorial standards.
• Manage creative execution from ideation through production, post-production, and final delivery.
• Collaborate with Multimedia, Sales, producers, editors, technical teams, and clients on campaigns and presentations.
• Support video and audio editing, copy creation, and CMS publishing with the Technical Producer.
• Apply knowledge of blockchain, Web3, and digital assets to create accurate and relevant content.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a creative or story-driven role at a media company, digital agency, or brand studio.
• Strong understanding of digital assets, emerging technology, and the crypto ecosystem.
• Portfolio demonstrating editorial judgment and experience across multiple content formats.
• Excellent writing skills focused on video scripts, pitch decks, and creative strategy.
• Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment, manage ambiguity, and deliver high-quality work under deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to pitch ideas internally and externally.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro or Descript.
