Senior Technical Program Analyst

Location: Plano, Texas, United States; onsite. The position requires existing U.S. work authorization and does not offer employment-based visa or immigration sponsorship.

What you will do

• Create and maintain program plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, risk registers, dependency tracking, and action items.
• Coordinate cross-functional technology programs across business, engineering, architecture, product management, and other teams.
• Design program structures and shared alignment to deliver business and engineering objectives.
• Coordinate launch planning across multiple workflows and synchronize milestones into unified delivery timelines.
• Identify blockers, manage escalations, support governance and decision tracking, and maintain program documentation.
• Prioritize and triage the intake queue while developing risk mitigation plans and evaluating technical and business tradeoffs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive technology experience, including software development and hands-on management of complex technology programs with engineering teams.
• Experience managing large, customer-facing, cross-functional initiatives and enabling collaboration across diverse teams.
• Ability to develop technical roadmaps with strong execution, accountability, and follow-through.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• AWS Practitioner certification and experience managing programs on AWS or other public cloud platforms.
• Technical bachelor’s degree, master’s degree, or MBA.
• PMP certification.
• Financial or banking industry experience.
• Experience managing SDK, customer experience framework, or SaaS product delivery.
