Sr Analyst - System Optimization Finance

Location: In-office at hirify.global Restaurant Support Center in Dublin, Ohio; at least 4 days per week. Travel: 10%.

Salary: $81,000–$138,000 annually, plus a target annual bonus of 10% of base salary.

What you will do

• Analyze P&L statements, weekly sales, and balance sheets to support business valuations.
• Prepare financial valuation models for restaurant acquisition and divestiture targets.
• Prepare deal books and coordinate transaction terms with internal stakeholders, buyers, sellers, and franchisees.
• Execute due diligence processes for acquisitions, divestitures, and franchise flip transactions.
• Analyze franchise-to-franchise transfers, including pro forma financial statements, leverage ratios, cash flow, and financing considerations.
• Recommend process improvements and perform additional financial analyses supporting System Optimization strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics with high academic achievement.
• Expertise in financial modeling, management reporting systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
• High proficiency in Excel and strong attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills, including the ability to interpret results for cross-functional business users.
• At least 2 years of experience; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Must work in the office at least 4 days per week at the Dublin, Ohio support center or another company-designated location.
