Senior Project Manager (Azure/Cybersecurity)

Location: Hybrid, with 3 days per week from the office in Gdańsk, Gdynia, Warszawa, or Łódź, Poland

Rate: Up to 135 PLN/h

What you will do

• Initiate, plan, and deliver IT transformation and integration projects in Azure cloud and cybersecurity domains.
• Own the full project lifecycle, including scope, plans, budgets, risks, stakeholders, and governance.
• Apply Waterfall or Agile delivery methods according to project needs, including documentation, change control, and Agile ceremonies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, cloud, business, and security departments.
• Ensure alignment with cybersecurity and compliance requirements.
• Provide reporting, risk management, and decision support to key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience as the sole Project Manager on IT transformation and integration projects.
• Strong hands-on experience with both Waterfall and Agile delivery methods.
• Solid understanding of Azure Cloud Architecture and cybersecurity, including firewalls, proxy solutions, DLP, database activity monitoring, endpoint protection, security monitoring, vulnerability management, security baselines, IAM, and network security.
• Outstanding communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Nice to have

• CAPM or PMP certification.
