ICT Engagements Coordinator

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid work arrangement in Poland

What you will do

• Coordinate ICT projects and engagements across initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Develop and maintain project scopes, plans, schedules, milestones, acceptance criteria, dashboards, reports, and control records.
• Track resources, risks, issues, changes, dependencies, decisions, deliverables, and cross-functional blockers.
• Coordinate collaboration across networks, cloud and data centre services, cybersecurity, databases, IAM, workplace services, monitoring, service desk, and operations.
• Facilitate technical scoping, testing, acceptance, operational readiness, service transition, implementation, and project closure.
• Support procurement, supplier management, stakeholder communication, governance, knowledge transfer, lessons learned, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of IT experience, including at least 3 years coordinating ICT projects, technical initiatives, or infrastructure activities.
• Experience coordinating at least two ICT infrastructure projects involving multiple technical domains and stakeholders.
• At least one certification among PM², PRINCE2, PMP, or an equivalent qualification.
• Knowledge of ICT project governance, delivery methodologies, service management, operational readiness, change management, and service transition.
• Very good English, minimum B2 level, and an English-language CV are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Jira, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Planner, or equivalent tools.
• Experience with supplier engagement, procurement documentation, proofs of concept, contract implementation, and technical documentation.
