What you will do

• Scope, establish, and negotiate complex partnership engagements with banks and financial institutions.
• Bridge the gap between external financial partners and internal stakeholders to drive strategic outcomes.
• Lead M&A activities, including identifying acquisition targets and conducting financial due diligence.
• Support new market development efforts to enable regulatory licensing and regional expansion.
• Operationalize partnership agreements to ensure alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Leverage AI tools to optimize workflows and solve complex problems efficiently.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in fintech, technology, or top-tier management consulting.
• Proven track record in commercial negotiation, partnership sourcing, and management.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent written, verbal, and in-person communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment under pressure.
• Experience in both large organizations and fast-growing startups is highly valued.

Nice to have

• Prior M&A Investment Banking experience.
• Experience managing partnerships with schemes and payment methods.
