Team Leader Plant Operations (Manufacturing)

Location: Hanover, Pennsylvania, United States. Onsite plant operations role. Shift: 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m., four days on/four days off.

Base salary: $67,000–$92,100 per year.

What you will do

• Lead plant operations across all three shifts while aligning priorities with site and department strategies.
• Coach Team Leaders, Service Leaders, technicians, and other front-line employees through training, facilitation, and performance feedback.
• Manage safety, product quality, production, delivery, reliability, cost, labor, and employee morale goals.
• Develop daily management systems, track KPIs against work plans and budgets, and communicate results to senior management.
• Lead continuous improvement, High Performance Organization, strategic planning, capital forecasting, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Build cross-functional relationships with plant functions and engineering, process safety, product development, reliability, and network teams.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience or 2 years of operations experience in a manufacturing environment, or a bachelor's degree.
• Experience managing labor, safety systems, quality standards, budgets, and operational KPIs.
• Ability to work the stated 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. four-on/four-off shift schedule.
• Ability to work onsite at the Hanover, Pennsylvania plant.

Nice to have

• At least 2 years of operations leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Expertise in overseeing daily operations, efficiency, safety, and quality compliance.
• Cross-functional operations experience across multiple plant functions.
