Production Supervisor

Location: Lebanon, Pennsylvania, United States; on-site production environment with extended shifts and weekend work as needed.

What you will do

• Supervise production personnel and coordinate daily manufacturing activities across assigned production areas.
• Implement operational strategies covering safety, productivity, quality, customer service, staffing, cost, and profitability.
• Plan project runs, assign production lines, coordinate staffing, and communicate daily production goals.
• Monitor machine and labor efficiency, review rate data, and automate or adjust lines to improve production performance.
• Support capacity planning, on-time delivery, continuous improvement, and cross-functional operational excellence initiatives.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized lines while ensuring GMP, quality documentation, and customer requirements are followed.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate, train, and manage production staff.
• Knowledge of GMP policies and procedures, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of a Warehouse Management System is preferred.
• Ability to work extended shifts and weekends as needed, remain available by phone and email 24/7, and perform repetitive physical work including lifting 20 pounds or more.
