Manager, Financial Reporting & Special Projects

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate finance-wide strategic initiatives from scope definition through completion.
• Define project objectives, deliverables, governance, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Monitor execution, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution across concurrent initiatives.
• Lead process improvement, standardization, and automation across finance activities.
• Identify inefficiencies, design practical solutions, and oversee sustainable implementation.
• Support the financial reporting team during reporting processes.

Requirements

• Professional accounting designation: CPA.
• Minimum of 8 years of similar experience or experience at a large accounting firm.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP.
• Proven ability to lead projects involving planning, governance, risk management, prioritization, and delivery.
• Ability to communicate across all levels of the organization and adapt to change.
