What you will do
- Lead and coach client-facing Leaders, Advisors, and Representatives across the banking centre and community.
- Build client relationships, understand financial goals, and provide appropriate banking products and solutions.
- Monitor business performance, create action plans, and pursue market opportunities to grow the banking centre.
- Ensure effective operations, processes, controls, compliance, and risk management.
- Develop employees, recruit values-aligned talent, and build a collaborative, high-performing culture.
- Champion in the community, resolve client complaints, and improve the overall client experience.
Requirements
- Experience leading, developing, and coaching diverse, high-performing teams.
- Current accreditation and good standing with a Mutual Funds License through the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada.
- Strong client service, financial advising, business development, leadership, and performance management capabilities.
- Ability to manage operational risk, compliance, and banking centre performance.
- Must be legally eligible to work at the specified location and hold a valid work or study permit where applicable.

- Branch Compliance Officer’s Course, Branch Managers Examination Course, Conducts & Practices Handbook, Wealth Management Essentials, or Certified Financial Planner designation.
