Banking Centre Leader (Banking Operations)

Location: On-site full-time in St-Georges, Quebec, Canada; flexibility to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance, including evenings and weekends.

What you will do

• Lead a team of Leaders, Advisors, and Representatives in delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Hire, coach, develop, and support employees while building a culture of teamwork and accountability.
• Deepen client relationships, support financial goals, and develop new and existing community connections.
• Monitor banking centre performance, create action plans, and drive business results.
• Manage and minimize operational risk while safeguarding clients, shareholders, and the bank.

Requirements

• Current accreditation and good standing with a Mutual Funds License through the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada.
• Experience providing coaching and hands-on support to meet team goals.
• Strong client service, relationship-building, people leadership, and results-oriented skills.
• Flexibility to work banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends, and to travel between nearby banking centres.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada at the specified location; a valid work or study permit may be required.

• Branch Compliance Officer’s Course, Branch Managers Examination Course, Conducts & Practices Handbook, Wealth Management Essentials, or Certified Financial Planner certification.
