Transversal Finance Lead (AI)

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada; hybrid working model. Up to 10% business travel may be required.

Salary: $147,900–$205,000, including target bonus.

What you will do

• Lead the transversal finance function across Canadian business units and corporate functions, providing a unified financial view.
• Coordinate legal entity oversight, statutory reporting, tax compliance coordination, regulatory submissions, budgets, forecasts, and strategic planning.
• Drive finance modernization through AI-powered P&L forecasting, automation, advanced analytics, Power BI, and self-service reporting.
• Partner with Global Digital and Data Science teams and extend data-driven decision-making across Commercial, Supply Chain, and Medical functions.
• Lead collaboration with the Bogotá Hub, including GTN process transition, knowledge transfer, service-level governance, quality assurance, and stabilization.
• Support the CFO Canada and GBU Finance Business Partners with executive reporting, scenario modeling, business cases, and cross-GBU financial initiatives.

Requirements

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, finance business partnering, and/or finance operations.
• Experience leading finance transformation or digital/AI initiatives in a complex, multi-GBU or multinational environment.
• Experience collaborating with offshore or nearshore finance hubs and delivering change without direct authority.
• Advanced expertise in P&L management, forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, governance, and executive communication.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model in Toronto, Canada; up to 10% business travel may be required.

Nice to have

• MBA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent advanced qualification.
• Training or certification in data analytics, AI/ML applications in finance, or digital transformation.
• Pharmaceutical, life sciences, or consumer health experience.
• Familiarity with GTN processes, Canadian legal entity management, and statutory reporting.
• Bilingual English/French capability.
