Senior Financial Planner - CIRO-MFD/AMF

Location: On-site full-time in Montréal, Quebec, Canada; flexibility to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travelling distance, including evenings and weekends.

What you will do

• Manage and grow a complex client portfolio through relationship management and exceptional client service.
• Create comprehensive investment, retirement, estate, and credit plans tailored to client needs.
• Build client networks, develop local-market sales plans, convert leads, and generate referrals.
• Help clients secure their futures, purchase homes, and establish businesses.
• Coach and mentor advisors while supporting informed, client-focused decisions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a financial advisory role managing complex relationships.
• In-depth knowledge of intergenerational, estate, and retirement planning.
• Current CIRO-MFD accreditation in good standing and CFP certification upon hire.
• Current AMF licensing in good standing, plus successful completion of the CIFC or CSC.
• Registered Retirement Consultant (RRC) qualification.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada at the specified location; a valid work or study permit may be required.
