Marketing Account Executive (Commercial Lines)

Location: Hybrid; ability to travel overnight required. The role serves accounts across the United States.

Base salary: $119,400–$222,300 per year, plus potential performance-based incentives.

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate marketing activities for new and renewal commercial insurance business.
• Serve as a consultative client contact, identify needs, and provide recommendations with limited or no Producer oversight.
• Support sales activities, respond to requests for proposals, participate in prospect meetings, and lead mid-year reviews.
• Coordinate with national leadership to advance Commercial Lines strategy and initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and train account service team members while overseeing workflows and workload priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related experience.
• Six years of commercial insurance industry experience, including marketing and servicing large commercial real estate accounts.
• Property and casualty insurance license.
• Knowledge of insurance markets, policies, and coverage issues across all states and serviced industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to travel overnight.
