Senior Solutions Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Own the technical sales process from introductory meetings through post-sales customer satisfaction, upselling, and renewals.
• Discover customer use cases across enterprise data, Generative AI, predictive analytics, and MLOps.
• Design solutions using open data lakehouse, RAG, and end-to-end machine learning pipeline architectures.
• Demonstrate data engineering, model training and deployment workflows, and Generative AI capabilities.
• Partner with Account Managers and internal teams to communicate technical and business value, support the roadmap, and advocate for customer needs.
• Participate in conferences, meetups, webinars, blogs, knowledge exchange, and team sales targets.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in pre-sales for big data, enterprise software, or advanced analytics platforms.
• Ability to create and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations that translate complex data and AI concepts into business value.
• Experience with big data, data warehousing, relational databases, Apache Iceberg, Apache Spark, Hive, or the Hadoop ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience with AI and machine learning ecosystems, including modern frameworks, vector databases, MLOps tooling, RAG, fine-tuning, and model serving.
• Experience with at least one major cloud provider: AWS, Azure, or GCP; enterprise operations, security, data governance, privacy, and compliance; and Unix or Linux shell scripting.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field, plus strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to travel domestically and internationally is required.
