Solutions Engineer (AI)

Location: Mexico City, Mexico; hybrid with 2–3 designated office days each week

What you will do

• Partner with Sales throughout the technical pre-sales process, from discovery through close.
• Translate customer requirements around security, scale, integrations, accuracy, and workflows into practical solutions.
• Build and deliver technical demos, prototypes, and proofs of concept.
• Deploy and configure cloud or on-premise environments for customer evaluations.
• Write Python or JavaScript scripts and lightweight integrations, troubleshoot customer challenges, and guide successful outcomes.
• Present technical solutions to customers, partners, and events, including global conferences and showcases with international travel.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting.
• Hands-on programming ability, ideally with Python or JavaScript.
• Experience with REST and WebSocket APIs, integrations, and technical troubleshooting.
• Experience deploying or configuring software in cloud, Linux, container, or networked environments.
• Strong problem-solving and customer communication skills, with the ability to translate needs into workable solutions.
• Ability to collaborate and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
